ICON Builders' work wins "Project of the Year"

The Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing honored ICON Builders with the "Affordable Housing Project of the Year" award. The Hollywood El Centro project required the redevelopment of 13 separate properties with minor historical designation. Maintaining the architectural integrity of the existing structures, ICON Builders' renovation created 91 beautiful multi-family units.
