Renovated interior of units including new countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, plumbing fixtures, vinyl flooring at kitchen, bath and halls, GFIs, smoke detectors and light fixtures. The exterior renovation consisted of replacing all roofs, converted master gas meter system to separate gas meters per unit, provided Duo Foam termite treatment around windows and doors and subterranean termite treatment for outside areas. Constructed a new Community Building with office. Converted old office back into rentable unit. Installed new swimming pool, decking and fencing. Improved the overall landscape.
