Completion Date: November 2002
Complete interior renovation of all units including cabinets, countertops, plumbing and electrical fixtures. The exterior received a new solar hot water system including new photo voltaic roof panels. Installed new CCTV system for security. Replaced all flat roofs. Replaced all windows and sliding glass doors. Installed new wrought iron perimeter fencing, pedestrian gates and auto gates with controllers. Seismically upgraded tuck under parking structure. Constructed a new free standing building to accommodate an office, recreation area and maintenance facility.
